The auction will open on June 22 online and continue until July 23. The auctioned arts pieces representing a New Biblical Renaissance for Art will raise funds through the charitable auction to support two areas: 50% of each piece raised will benefit compassion ministries of global concern and the remainder 50% of the funding benefits the Renaissance of storytelling arts in the global church starting with African Churches. All eligible bidders will receive authenticated tax exempt donation certificates for bids and sales that are final.

To participate, Arise Auction invites the public to view the commemorative pieces and personally experience the Biblical Renaissance by bidding on a commemorative piece or purchasing a replica online. The highest bidder on each auction piece will be eligible to be invited as guests to Ellerman House and Contemporary Gallery in Cape Town to participate in the celebratory function and silent auction that completes the online bidding on August 7th. The pieces will be on display for 6 weeks after the event and can be viewed by appointment through Ellerman House and Contemporary Gallery.

Vision:

Arise Auction will develop a platform for the re-entry of arts into the global church, inaugurating a Biblical Renaissance from Africa.

Mission:

Art pieces representing African storytelling created by world renowned artists will be commissioned and unveiled in the May, June and July editions of Joy magazine.  Articles on the auction and artists will be featured as part of a Biblical Renaissance in Art. Culminating in an invitation to participate in the Arise Auction, patrons of such storytelling arts pieces will again inspire artists to bring expression to the Biblical Truth through art forms.
